RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

We want you to love your new lenses! However, due to the nature of color contact lenses and strict hygiene standards, we have specific guidelines for cancellations and returns. Please read our policy below before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Free Cancellation (Within 8 Hours): You can cancel your order for a full refund within 8 hours of placing it.

Late Cancellation (After 8 Hours): If you need to cancel your order after 8 hours, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Shipped Orders: Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be canceled.

7-Day Returns (For Refund) We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. To be eligible for a return:

The items must be completely unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

The packaging must be in perfect, resalable condition.

Please note: For health and safety reasons, we absolutely cannot accept returns on boxes or blister packs that have been opened or tampered with.

30-Day Returns (For Store Credit) Missed the 7-day window? No problem! Returns requested between 8 and 30 days after delivery are eligible for Store Credit only. The same strict conditions apply: items must be completely unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact our support team at contact@glamlensco.com with your Order Number. We will provide you with the return shipping instructions. (Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs).
